1. About Us
Velvry sells perfumes to customers in Pakistan through our website and WhatsApp. For any questions, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 320 2502156

2. Eligibility
We do not sell to anyone under 18 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18.

3. Products
We sell perfumes only. Product photos show the actual colour of the product. Fragrance is experienced differently by every person. Lasting power varies with skin type, weather, and body temperature, but our perfumes last close to what we describe.

4. Free Attar Gift
When you buy any perfume from us, you receive a matching Pure Oil of the same perfume as a gift. The gift Pure Oil is included with your order and is subject to our Return Policy and Exchange Policy.

5. Skin Sensitivity
Perfumes may not suit every skin type. If you have sensitive skin, please do a patch test on a small area before regular use. Stop using the product if you experience irritation.

6. Prices
Our prices may be updated at any time without notice. If your order was confirmed at an earlier price, that price will not change. The delivery charge is shown at checkout.

7. Orders and Confirmation
Placing an order is a request to buy. Your order is accepted only after we confirm it with you by phone call and WhatsApp. See our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Out of Stock
If a product is out of stock after your order, we will inform you first and then hold your order for 1 to 2 days. If the product is still unavailable after that, we may cancel the order or offer you another product.

9. Our Right to Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order. You may also request to cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp.

10. Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery. We may also accept payments by card, bank transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash. Payment must be completed as agreed when the order is confirmed.

11. Shipping, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
These are covered in our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Exchange Policy, and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including the Velvry name, logo, photos, and text, belongs to Velvry. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute it without our written permission.

13. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
