Thank you for shopping with VELVRY. We are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy below before placing an order.

Shipping Coverage 

VELVRY currently ships to all cities and regions within Pakistan.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Business Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holiday)

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:

  • 3–5 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Delivery time is estimate only and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, remote locations, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order cut-off Time

The Order cut-off time will be 6:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (Karachi).

Shipping Charges

RS:200 Shipping Charges on all orders, all over Pakistan.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information (where available), allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery information are complete and accurate before placing your order.

VELVRY is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the shipping information is incorrect, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Courier operational delays
  • Remote delivery locations

We appreciate your patience in such situations and will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the package and product (if applicable)

We will review your request and work to provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
