Shipping Policy
We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier services. This policy explains how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Delivery Area
We deliver to all cities and areas of Pakistan covered by our courier partners. We do not currently ship outside Pakistan.
2. Order Confirmation
After you place an order, we contact you by phone call and WhatsApp to confirm it. Your order is dispatched only after confirmation. If we cannot reach you, your parcel is held until we can confirm the order with you.
3. Processing and Dispatch
Orders confirmed by 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.
4. Delivery Time
- Karachi: 1 to 2 days after dispatch
- Rest of Pakistan: 4 to 5 days after dispatch
These are estimates. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Delivery Charges
A flat delivery charge of Rs. 0 applies to orders anywhere in Pakistan. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
6. Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
7. Delivery Attempts
The courier makes 2 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable or refuse to accept the parcel, it is returned to us.
8. Incorrect Address or Phone Number
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If your parcel is returned because of incorrect details, we will take the delivery charges in advance on your next order.
9. Opening the Parcel
Couriers in Pakistan generally do not allow parcels to be opened before payment. If you ask us, we can mark your parcel "Allowed to Open" so you can open it in front of the rider. Please request this when confirming your order.
10. Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, please get in touch with us on WhatsApp at +92 320 2502156, and we will follow up with the courier.
11. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before dispatch. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible on WhatsApp at +92 320 2502156 with your order number.
