Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for returns approved under our Return Policy.

1. When a Refund Is Issued
Refunds are issued 7 days after we receive your returned parcel and check its contents.

2. Refund Timeline
Your refund will be sent to your account 7 days after we receive the returned parcel.

3. Refund Amount

• If you return all items in the required condition, you will receive a 100% refund of the product price.
• If an item is not returned, the following will be deducted from your refund:
  • Rs. 75 if the original box is not returned or is damaged
  • Rs. 500 if the Pure Oil bottle is not returned or is damaged
    

4. Refund Method
Refunds are sent to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account, whichever you choose when you request a return. Please share the correct account details (account title and number). Velvry is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect account details.

5. Shipping Charges
If the error is ours, Velvry pays the return delivery charges. In all other cases, the customer pays the return delivery charges.
