Exchange Policy

If you did not like your perfume or something was not right with your order, you can exchange it for another perfume under the terms below.

1. Exchange Window
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

2. Items to Be Returned
Please return everything you received:

• The perfume bottle, in good, undamaged condition and containing at least 90% of the original perfume
• The original box
• Any Pure Oil bottle included with your order, inside the box

3. Damaged Box
If the original box is returned damaged, the customer pays Rs. 75 for the box. This does not apply if the box was already damaged when it was delivered to you.

4. Pure Oil Bottle
If the Pure Oil bottle is not returned, the Pure Oil Bottle will not be included with your exchange perfume.

5. Inspection and Dispatch
After we receive your returned parcel, we inspect the returned perfume. Your exchange parcel is dispatched 2 days after we receive your returned parcel, and the inspection is completed within these 2 days.

6. Proof Required
Please record an unboxing video or take clear photos when you receive your parcel. Proof is required for claims of wrong, damaged, or leaked items.

7. How to Request an Exchange
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at WhatsApp number +92 320 2502156. Please include your order number, the perfume you want in exchange, and your proof (video or photos).
