Exchange Eligibility

• You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be mostly unused (at least 90% remaining).

• The product should be returned in its original packaging and condition.

• Exchanges are usually processed within 7 working days after approval.

Delivery Charges

• Customers are responsible for exchange delivery charges.

• In case of a damaged or leaked product, Velvry will cover all delivery costs.
