Return Policy

At Velvry, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can request a return under the terms below.

1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Reasons
You can request a return if:

• You did not like the fragrance
• The fragrance did not last as expected
• You received the wrong item
• The item arrived damaged, leaked, or with a broken bottle
• You have any other issue with your order

3. Items to Be Returned
Please return everything you received:

• The perfume bottle, containing at least 90% of the original perfume and in good, undamaged condition
• The original box
• The Pure Oil bottle included with your order, inside the box

4. Charges for Missing Items
If you return all items as listed above, no charges apply. If an item is not returned or is damaged

• Rs. 75 will be charged if the original box is not returned or is damaged
• Rs. 500 will be charged if the Pure Oil bottle is not returned or is damaged

5. Proof Required
Please record an unboxing video or take clear photos when you receive your parcel. Proof is required for claims of wrong, damaged, or leaked items.

6. Return Shipping Charges

• If the error is ours (wrong item, leakage, or broken bottle), Velvry will pay the return delivery charges.
• In all other cases, the customer pays the return delivery charges.
